Booking an appointment
You will receive a booking confirmation upon contact, either by email or SMS/ Whatsapp.
- We accept all methods of payment: Cash, Debit and Credit Card Transactions using a card terminal, BACS and PayPal. We accept the following methods displayed below.
- An additional cost of £1.00 will be applied when using the card terminal.
If you are a new client, you will be asked how you wish to pay for your treatment. If you wish to use your debit or credit card, you will receive a payment request by SMS. Please provide your SMS contact number and an additional fee of £2.95 will be applied. ALL new clients will be required to pay a booking fee at the time of booking and the remaining balance, before the treatment commences.
Travel (mobile services only)
- If you live within a 3 mile radius of LE5 – then travel is FREE
- If you live further than 3 miles of LE5 and within 10 miles – then travel is charged at 45p per mile
- If you live further than a 10 mile radius, travel costs will be charged at £1.00 per mile or under discretion of Amazsage Therapies and the client.

If a client cancels
We ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice, if you are unable to keep your appointment. All we ask, is that you contact us as soon as possible to cancel or amend your appointment. This is because often other clients may be able to fill your appointment space, however we do understand that from time to time life throws us a challenge that we have no control over and plans have to be amended.
Being a small business, any failed visit is a loss of our earnings; therefore Amazsage Therapies kindly requests a booing fee to secure appointments. We enforce this when:
- Clients cancel appointments with less than 24 hours notice. Payment is required in FULL.
- Clients that fail to communicate (Phone/SMS/Whatsapp/Facebook) and don’t show up for your scheduled appointment. Payment is required in FULL.
- Appointments that are longer than 60 minutes and has a value of £30.00 GBP or more.
If you fail to turn up for your appointment and have not contacted us, we will try to contact you. Following this, if you fail to respond via any communication, you may lose any booking fee paid and we will ask that you pay for the missed appointment in FULL. This also means that we may no longer take future booking(s) from you.
Any booking fee paid, can be carried over to your next booked appointment providing 24 hours notice is given. If we cancel your appointment, we will do our best to be flexible and re-book your appointment at a time that accommodates you. If you have paid a booking fee and we are unable to complete your appointment as expected or unable to re-arrange an appointment, then only 20% of your booking fee will be refunded.
Please note that if you are late for your appointment, the time will be deducted from your treatment slot or your treatment may be cancelled. Please note that you may still be charged full price.
For new clients booking an appointment that are longer than 60 minutes or has a value of £30.00 GBP or more, we may ask for a booking fee. This can be paid via our virtual card terminal, SMS, BACS or PayPal.
Duration of Treatment
The duration of your treatment begins from the time you are greeted by your therapist. All times quoted are approximate and allows for a consultation form to be completed and for you to get undressed/dressed.
If you have a complaint please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 3 days of having your treatment.
Terms & Conditions for Offers, Gift Vouchers & Packages
Gift Vouchers – Choose the gift of relaxation with one of my treatment vouchers, to show how much you care.
The vouchers can be sent as a hard copy by post to the address of your choice for a fee of £1.00 or sent by email.
Expiry Date: Vouchers are valid for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed after the expiry date.
Suitability: Please note the treatment rooms are either in the basement or upstairs, so a gift voucher may not be suitable for all clients.
Lost or stolen vouchers: Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded.
Refunds: Vouchers are non-refundable other than within the 14 day cancellation period as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Offers – Any offers by Amazsage Therapies will have a start date. These will be shown alongside the offers at the time of being published. No offers can be used in conjunction with any other offer(s) and all offers will have an end date that cannot be extended.
Packages – If you purchase any packages, any payment taken, must be a one off upfront fee, which would be NON-Refundable.
Only in unforeseen circumstances such as COVID-19 instances happening globally and taking precaution, would be considered for negotiation, upon discretion with the client and Amazsage Therapies. We would do our utmost best to deliver our services according to the Government guidelines and Governing Insuring bodies. Currently Amazsage Therapies will NOT be taking any new clients or issuing refunds. We would be happy to hold your package and aim to deliver once all resumes and given the go-ahead. Packages are valid for up to 6 months from initial start date or payment date.
